Quick and Easy!
Wow! Matt Durand from Pinnacle Realty made selling our house such a breeze. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from establishing our list price to considering multiple offers. We listed, sold, and closed on the house all within 4 weeks. During a busy and hectic time, Matt's attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile relieved our workload and tension while selling our home. Our experience with and time involved with Matt for the sale of our home was quick and easy.  They did a walk-thru of our home and made us a fair offer that was in the range we reality.  We had tenants that needed to move and their contract stated the could be 30 days.  They are in their 70s and would he hard to move in that time frame.  Offer Markerz worked with us we were able to give me extra time.  I would recommend them to anyone.

Matt and Chris were phenomenal! When these guys decided to pray with my brother, and I before we sold my parents house, I knew that these guys were the ones to work with!! I’m a firm believer that God blesses you in many ways, this time it was through the kindness of the people around us and these guys helped my family during a crucial time and they were instrumental in helping us get our parents house sold quickly.

This company was awesome to work with. I called them about selling my house and they were quick to respond. I had an offer the same day they came out to look at the house. It was enough to pay off my mortgage and then some. Closing was a breeze and they gave me more then enough time to find another place to live and move out. I didn't have to clean, paint or improve the house in anyway. I highly recommend this company. Matt Durand  stayed in contact with me and was very helpful throughout the whole process. Yes I was super pleased with the final outcome with Pinnacle Real Estate. Matt did a great job from start to finish and showing great patience and presentation of decisions during the selling process. I highly recommend him and his firm for my next Real estate  deal.

I had a home that needed a lot of work that I wanted to sell as is. I met with them at the home for less than an hour and had an excellent cash offer with no closing costs within 2 days. I had 2 people living there so they let me pick my closing date in order to give them time to move out. Matt Durand and his associates were honest, respectful, and non-judgmental. Even though my house was in terrible shape, their offer was extremely generous. I was able to leave my old life completely behind and start  anew. Matt and his team worked tirelessly with my less than cooperative ex's family to get all the signatures and papers needed to close, and payment was in my account the same day as closing! If you are looking for someone who you can trust to help you sell your house, you need to talk with Offer Makerz. They wont push you they will give you the info and work with you to get the most out of your house.  In addition if you are new to the area call them to you find the idea home.
